so i am trying to jump on a bandwagon here.
i recently read my first ever graphic novel
Watchmen
and it was (suprise, suprise) super good and i want to read more graphic novels!!!
so reccomend me some. reccomend me lots. or just educate me on different styles and authors. i only know about frank miller and allan moore, everything else is a ? to me.
please comment, i need help.

i am going to be in the 425 really freaking soon for a really freaking short time so apologies in advance for not seeing everyone and not seeing those i do see much but man it's going to be sweet to be home and maybe sweeter to not have school for a few days.
everyone should go read "Sonny's Blues" by James Baldwin and "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" by TS Eliot ASAP if you haven't already, they are both pretty sweet.

the more i think about movies, the more i want to watch them.
right now ir eally really relaly really really really really want to wathc "Kontroll" and "Oldboy" and "Grizzly Man". oh netflix, where would i be without you?
i need to eat breakfast.
wow, i'm going back to SD in two days. crazy times.
i've had so much fun back home. but i'm like, really ok with going back. but i'd be almost exactly equally ok with staying here. i think that's a good way to be.

I cannot decide how to spend my money.
my love for clothes has been reawakened.
colette introduced me to half price books a few weeks back. i see an addiction looming...
I bought my first ever DVDs today (laugh if you must). another addiction looming..
and of course, my true love, buying cds. I thoguht i was off htat for a hwile, but I listened to Akron/Family today and I went "ooooh", and I still need to get Castanets, and maybe a few dozen other thigns, and uh, the Eels and Ben effing Folds both just came out with new cds that are supposed to be good....curses.
oh yeah, and mountain goats. and damien jurado. etc. etc.
money money money
how am i not myself?
heck, cast your votes: cds, clothes, dvds, books....which is the most fun/valuable/whatever to buy? hmmmm
i woke up today. then i wnet to school. i think i need to get either excited or sad about something, cause it seems like you're always going one way or the other, and you don't usualyl slowly get more excited/happy, so it seems like by default i just get more sad/moody/restless or whatever.
anyone else get that?
Coldplay is touring ireland and engladn with Interpol. not seattle, just in csae anyone was hopeful.

ok, I worked last ngiht,b ut it was soooooooo fun casue so many of my freinds came and visited me. literally dozens of them. peter, tim, young tim, joe, drew, cousin, angela, jaimie, sarah H, conrad hutton, Yvonne, apparenlty Melinda waved at me but I didn't see her, adn of course Christoph.
today we finally finished the paper. it's good for the first issue.
and today was the HC assembly and I got nominated for royalty. I'm excited. it seems like some good folks got nominated for royalty in all the classes this year, it made me happy.
I also went to the library today.
and I'm working more tonight!
man, I'm having a good time.

i'm bakc from california.
got back A while back..early.
me and peter had such fun.
now I'm hoem and my brain exploded.
Pepperdine and Pt. Loma were the nicest schools possilbe. I'll go to one of them almost for sure I think. ask if you're curious, I have tales of the grandeur....
Southern California is way cool, I didn't buy the hype yo..
